Interior & Grounds
The property opens into an elegant hallway, which leads on to the main reception rooms. The large and beautifully presented sitting room is furnished with large comfortable sofas, there is an open fire with marble mantelpiece, wool carpets and period antiques.
The formal dining room has beautiful wood paneling, a handsome open fire, tall windows and antique furniture. The kitchen has a great range of contemporary appliances, an Aga and all necessary culinary equipment for self-catering.
The room has a sunny breakfast room for family meals and informal dining. There is a shower room and WC located on this floor, as well as a utility room.
Lower ground floor
The lower room is arranged for relaxing and entertainments. Here you will find the second living room, with state-of-the-art widescreen television with DVD player, a wood-burning stove, relaxed furnishings and contemporary styling. The billiards room has a three-quarter-size table, and the second games room has a dartboard and table football.
First floor
There are six bedroom suites on the first floor, all with very comfortable furnishings, luxury bed linens and woolen carpets. The accommodation is arranged as follows:
• Bedrooms one and two are large double bedrooms with lovely views over the loch.

There are two spacious bedroom is the attic, which can comfortably accommodate either three beds or can be arranged as twin rooms, according to your requirements.
Gardens
The gardens surrounding St Mun’s are spread over nearly three acres of land, and have a unique charm and relaxing ambiance. The garden has been carefully maintained, having been laid out in the 1800s.
