Terms & Conditions

Security deposit: £750 payable with final balance, returned 10 days after departure subject to housekeeping check

Linen & towels: Included in price

Energy costs: Included in the rental price

End of stay cleaning: Included.  Guests are expected to leave the house tidy, dishwasher’s emptied, and rubbish taken and put bins provided outside.

Arrival time: 4pm (unless by special arrangement)

Departure time: 10am for stays over 2 nights, 4pm for 2 night stays

Pets: No

Smoking: No smoking property

It is recommended that all guests take out insurance to cover against potential cancellation and any accidental damage caused during their stay at the property.
