Interior:

On the ground floor, you will find an impressive dining hall, which seats up to 20, with spiral staircase plus a dining, living kitchen seating a further 20 guests.  The kitchen is well equipped with range cooker, 2 dishwashers, an American fridge-freezer and comfy seating area.  Alongside the kitchen is the utility room/larder, complete with shower; drying cabinet, washing machine, tumble dryer, food storage and an additional fridge-freezer.

Also on this floor is the sitting/drawing room with open fire and soft seating in abundance.  The games room with its ¾ size snooker table, darts board and games cupboard will leave you never having to look for something to do, no matter the weather.

On the first floor, there are 6 bedrooms, all with their own flat-screen TV with free sat.  The first, en-suite, master bedroom enjoys exceptional views, an emperor double bed and a double sofa bed to accommodate families.  Bedroom 2, again with excellent views, boasts an oak four poster and jack-and-jill en-suite which gives on to the bunk room.  Thereafter there is a twin en-suite, two further double/king en-suites and the bunk room with two sets of full sized bunk beds, complete with its own playstation 2.

The eaves of the second floor play host to two further bedrooms: one twin and one super-king, with a communal living area, double sofa bed and flat-screen TV with free sat.

Grounds:

In the grounds you will find the hot-tub, a heated swimming pool with retractable glass cover, croquet and football lawns, swings, a trampoline and a slide.  Mountain bikes are available for a small hire charge.
