Grampian Lodge is located two miles from the local railway station, which has excellent connections to London.  You are also within and hours’ drive to three major towns and just off the A9.

The lodge is located on the edge of a freshwater loch and surrounded by glens, moorland, forest and the Grampian Mountains.  The surrounding country is truly breathtaking, and is great for hearty explorations on foot, with glorious panoramic views offered as reward.  Fishing for brown trout is available on the estate, and a permit can be arranged. Stalking and hunting for red roe deer can also be arranged on the estate, within season and by prior arrangement.

A range of outdoor pursuits are available throughout the region and can be arranged through one of the nearby activity centre. White water rafting and kayaking are available, as is horseriding at the local trekking centre and there are some fabulous golf courses nearby.
