Grampian Lodge is a beautifully presented country residence with spacious interiors, gas central heating throughout and open fires in the main reception rooms.

Ground Floor

The drawing room is beautifully dressed with traditional furnishings, comfortable sofas and wool rugs. The room has an open fire and there are French windows that open out towards loch.  There is also a comfortable smaller sitting room.  The dining room is dressed in handsome furnishings and has an open fire and seats ten.  The kitchen is fully equipped, with a large gas cooker, electric oven, dishwasher and a laundry houses the washing machine and dryer. The kitchen has contemporary fittings and a breakfast dining table. There is also a utility room, boot room and WC.

First Floor

•    Bedroom suite one: Bedroom one is a double bedroom, bedroom two is a twin bedroom with a decorative arched ceiling and there is a luxury bathroom with a bath.

•    Bedroom three is a twin bedroom with a luxury en-suite bathroom, which has a bath with shower attachment and bidet, basin and toilet.

Tower

Bedroom four is a twin bedroom with luxury private bathroom, with a bath with shower attachment, a separate walk-in large shower, basin and toilet.
