Terms & Conditions

- Security Deposit: The owner requires a Good Housekeeping Deposit of £500 prior to the start of each holiday. This is returned to the hirer at the end of the stay less the cost of making good any damage or loss to the property for any extra cleaning (deemed beyond the normal levels expected) found necessary following the stay. This deposit is payable by cheque upon arrival at the Lodge.

- Linen & towels: Included in the rental price

- Energy costs:Included in the rental price

- End of stay cleaning: Included unless excessive, please see Security Deposit.

- Arrival time: 4pm

- Departure time: 10am

- Pets: Dogs are welcome in the house on the ground floor only. Supplement of £10 per pet per week payable. Pets are not allowed on beds or furnishings.

- Smoking: No smoking in the property.

It is recommended that all guests take out insurance to cover against potential cancellation and any accidental damage caused during your stay at the property.
