The restored, traditional stone properties on this estate sit high in the Umbrian countryside, enjoying panoramic views.  Villa Fontanella is made up of the Main Villa, which sleeps up to ten and two studio Cottages sleeping up to four people each.  Due to the layout of the properties, this is an ideal destination for either an extended family or a group of friends looking to holiday together, but seeking at the same time, a level of independence.  Each of the properties has been designed to optimise the warmth of the Umbrian sun, yet offer the respite of shade, thanks to strategically placed, vine-laden pergolas and canopies.  There is an outdoor swimming pool and gym, together with TV, hi-fi, DVD players and internet access.
