Villa Agosto is a handsome historic three story building standing on the pinnacle of a hill, surrounded by a huge swathe of orchards and olive plantations. It is a position of utter, bucolic peace, but within a short drive of some of the urban glories of Italy. The origins of the present villa go back four centuries at least - though traces of previous civilisations abound in the environs -  and the interior is punctuated by charming reminders in cut stone and massive oak of the architecture of the past.

The Villa has been recently modernised with an eye on adaptability - it transforms itself to suit a huge variety of situations: from soothing the solitary traveller wanting to experience complete tranquillity in a natural setting, to couples, groups, family gatherings and reunions, meetings, seminars, conferences and weddings. You can even bring your pet.
