Turris Maxima is a beautifully renovated medieval farm estate available for holiday rental on the outskirts of Rome.

A royal family estate dating from the seventeenth century, the estate covers over 359 acres of farmlands, parkland and gardens. The Turris Maxima farm is beautifully preserved with friendly farm animals and a fantastic organic kitchen garden, which guests are free to harvest for seasonal fruit, vegetable and eggs for the kitchen.

We also offer a Bed and Breakfast option in low season, and are happy to provide catering during your stay year round - all meals are prepared using the delicious fresh produce from the garden.

The accommodation comprises two self-contained farmhouse villas – the farmhouse and medieval tower - providing very comfortable accommodation for up to eighteen guests. Perfect for family holidays, celebratory get-togethers and corporate events, the estate has an outdoor swimming pool and beautifully styled interiors, which create luxurious accommodation and modern comforts.

Located on a beautifully renovated ancient farmstead surrounded by rolling hills, olive groves and aromatic pines. You are perfectly placed to explore the delights of Rome while staying within an idyllic, rural setting, only ten minutes from the coast. The estate is located within a nature park and borders sacred woodland and rolling farmlands, exuding picture-postcard perfection.
