Terms & Conditions
As per Holiday Chateau Rentals website except as follows:
Security deposit: Euros 150 is due on arrival and fully refundable upon departure.
Linen & towels: Included - (including pool towels)
Energy costs: Included in the rental price. Central heating (metered) for each apartment to be paid extra.
End of stay cleaning: Included. If needed a cleaner is available (9€ per hour)
Arrival time: 15.00 - 20.00 (flexible: previous phone call)
Departure time: until max. 10.00
Pets: No pets allowed.
Smoking: Outside only
It is recommended that all guests take out insurance to cover against potential cancellation and any accidental damage caused during their stay at the property.
