General & History
The classic stone Tuscan farmhouse built bit by bit over the centuries with an external staircase, a motley of irregular windows, and a stone paved forecourt shaded by a spreading tree; surrounded by eight hectares of private wooded walks to explore. A vine-thatched pergola shelters a huge table with seating for fourteen. The restoration of the adjacent two-story barn has just been completed. There is a solar-panel heated swimming pool that is naturally at 28/30°C in summer and 24/26°C in the mid seasons, depending on the weather. There is Wi-Fi throughout the house.
