Terms & Conditions
Gas, electricity and water are included in the price. Heating is only charged for in the winter months and is metered, so what you pay depends entirely on how much is used. Likewise with the telephone – you are charged for calls made. All houses have telephones, DVD players, stereos and televisions. Casa Anthea and Villa Maria have ADSL fast internet service. We have two travel cots, a BBQ and in every house there is a hair dryer in every bathroom. A charge is made for heating the swimming pools in Casa Anthea and Villa Maria.
Arrival: 4pm on Saturdays
Departure: 10am on Saturdays.
Included in the price is: 6 days of maid service (either 1 maid for 3 hours or 2 maids for 1½ hours - per day).
Additional services: Extra maid service would be available at a rate of €10 per hour.
Sheets are changed once a week and towels are changed twice a week. Extra change of linen and towels is available as follows:
Additional sheet change is €20 per bedroom
Additional towel change is €10 per bathroom.
