Terms & Conditions

- Security deposit: As per Holdiay Chateau Terms & Conditions

- Included Cleaning and Maintenance: Daily room cleaning, bed making, weekly bed and bath linen changing and final cleaning. Electricity, firewood supply for fireplaces & barbecue, garden and pool maintenance also included.

- Cancelation: In case of cancellation by the client we will do our best to rent the house partly or fully for the canceled period and, accordingly, refund the money sent deducting 10% for administrative fees.

- Rental Period: Usually from Saturday to Saturday. Around Chiristmas and Easter arrival and deparure dates can be flexible with a minimum stay of 7 nights. Additional days will be accounted for pro rata.

- Arrival/Departure times: Guests are expected to arrive after 4 P.M. and to leave before 10 A.M. Different times should be agreed with the ownership.

- It is recommended that all guests take out insurance to cover against potential cancellation and any accidental damage caused during your stay at the property.
