Interior & Grounds

The swimming pool is naturally heated by solar panels, so that the water will be 28/30°C in summer and 24/26°C in mid-season, depending on the weather. Further panels will produce hot sanitary water.

Ground Floor

Kitchen: Well-equipped with plenty of space, preparation and storage areas. There are two ovens, eight gas burners, two sinks, a huge fridge and a dishwasher.

Laundry: Equipped with a washing machine, tumble dryer and ironing facilities.

Dining Room: Seating for sixteen in a bright, sharp dining room with an edgy colour scheme of primrose, chartreuse and black and a large rustic fireplace for cosy winter meals. Double doors entice you out to marvel at the view from a shaded dining area with seating for twenty-four.

Study: A small cosy room that contains a satellite TV with DVD, VCR and a CD player. The sofa makes a comfortable bed for an extra guest.

Sitting Room: Seagrass matting underfoot, a warm colour scheme of faded pink, orange and butter yellow, with a timeworn stone fireplace and doors out to a bosky patio from which to gaze at the sun setting over the valley beneath.

First Floor

Bedroom 1: The master double bedroom with an en suite with a bath.

Bedroom 2: An annex twin bedroom with an en suite with a bath.

Bedroom 3: An annex double bedroom with a large en suite with bath and shower.

Bedroom 4: A twin bedroom in the tower with an en suite with a bath.

Tower

Bedroom 5: A double bedroom in the tower with an en suite with a shower.
