Terms & Conditions

As per Holiday Chateau Rentals except:

Security deposit: there is a security deposit of € 300, which is to be paid upon arrival and will be returned upon departure.

Linen & towels: provided. Bath towels changed mid-week.

Energy costs: Included in the rental price.

End of stay cleaning: Included.

Arrival time: 3pm to 6pm on Saturday afternoon

Departure time: by 10am on Saturday morning

Pets: No pets allowed.

Smoking: Outside only

2 hours cleaning a day (Mon. through Sat.) are included in the rental – Central heating (metered) and log for fireplaces are to be paid extra.

It is recommended that all guests take out insurance to cover against potential cancellation and any accidental damage caused during their stay at the property.
