Terms & Conditions

Security deposit: There is no security deposit, but in the event of serious or wilful loss or damage, we would seek recovery.

Linen & towels: The house is serviced and linen and towels are provided.

Energy costs: Included in the rental price, except from October until March inclusive when a supplement of €2000 per week is required to cover central heating. If central heating is requested at other times of the year, the supplement would be €100 per day. There is no supplement for electricity or firewood.

End of stay cleaning: Included.

Arrival time: Normally from 4pm, but arrangements can be made for earlier arrival. Bedrooms are not available before 2pm and if required earlier an extra night is charged.

Departure time: Noon.

Pets: No pets allowed in the house, but welcome in the grounds provided they are under control as this is also a sheep farm.

Smoking: No smoking in the property.

- It is recommended that all guests take out insurance to cover against potential cancellation and any accidental damage caused during your stay at the property.
