Overview

The château has 8 double bedrooms to sleep 16 comfortably. To the rear, the château overlooks a large private garden & parkland with various fruit trees available for free picking for guests of the château. The building retains some rare period features including an elegant wide spiral staircase, leather wall coverings & a unusual late 19th century decorative woodburner. The communal rooms are spacious and warm, and some of the huge bedrooms can accommodate extra beds to make family bedrooms should they be required. All bath and shower rooms contain washbasins & WCs.

Ground floor

Bedroom 1: with twin beds and an en suite bath and shower room.

Shower Room: Conveniently placed for users of the pool next to the garden door.

Salon: With piano, music system, English Satellite TV, radio & DVD player.

Snooker Room: with full size snooker table.

Dining Room

Modern Kitchen: Fully equipped and modern with gas and electric cookers, gas hob, microwave, dish washer, washing machine, 2 large fridge freezers, a toaster, electric kettle & coffee percolator.

The Etables & grounds

Overview

Alongside vineyards and arable fields, set in the estate of the Château Ségurien, the old stables and groom’s tower have been transformed into an impressive property that can accommodate up to 12 people. The Etables boasts a fantastic BBQ and private swimming pool. There is a decked pool area leading into a large living area, separate fully equipped modern kitchen & open-plan dining room.

You have an exclusive large garden with 1.5 acres of parkland with trees providing natural shade and a safe area for children to roam. There are two very large bedrooms with large en-suite bathrooms where extra beds can easily be added. Downstairs are further bedrooms with the tower housing two more. All bath and shower rooms contain washbasins and WC's except one downstairs bathroom which has a separate WC.

Overlooking the wonderful parkland, the Domaine incorporates what used to be the cognac and wine press for the Château estate. Transformed into an impressive holiday home with a fantastic grand open plan living area, the Domaine sleeps up to 10 people in its 5 double bedrooms. This property has been recently renovated & leads on to a sheltered outdoor eating area, swimming pool and outdoor BBQ area.
