This large family château is available for holiday rental, and sleeps up to 38 guests in the main house and estate cottages. Château Ségurien sleeps sixteen guests, the Étables accommodates twelve and the Domaine provides accommodation for a further twelve guests. The château and adjacent cottages are all beautifully presented, with traditional interiors, comfortable furnishings and good facilities.  Each holiday residence is fully self-contained with a private swimming pool, gardens, barbeque and outdoor dining area.  The Château, Etables and Domaine can be rented as individual accommodation or hired together to provide accommodation for a party of up to forty guests.  This beautiful estate is surrounded by over fourteen acres of parkland, set in the tranquil Charente countryside and is close to the beaches of Meschers, Royan and near Bordeaux.

The estate dates from the seventeenth century, built on the grounds of a castle and fortress, and evolved as a producer of Cognac and wines, building a strong reputation throughout its centuries of production. The history of this intriguing estate can be explored through the various outbuildings on the sprawling grounds, such as the old stable block, coach houses, bakery and barns. Château Ségurien has many beautiful architectural features that have been carefully restored to create comfortable holiday rental accommodation, such as mahogany and marble fireplaces, leather wall coverings and stone staircases. Château Ségurien offers a flexible holiday accommodation rental for large parties and families celebrating reunions, weddings and anniversaries.  Alternatively, this peaceful setting and large estate is a great venue for corporate events and getaways.
