Terms & Conditions

- Security deposit: €2000. This is paid directly to the owner 10 weeks before the holiday commences and will be refunded in full (less energy costs) 3 weeks after departure subject to damage inspection.

- Linen & towels: All bed linen is included in the rental price.

- Energy costs: Electricity and heating costs are not included in the rental price. The amount will be deducted from your security deposit.

- End of stay cleaning: Included. Please leave the property as you found it.

- Arrival time: 5pm onwards.

- Departure time: 10am.

- Pets: No pets allowed.

- Smoking: No smoking in the property.

- Swimming pool: Open from end of May to mid-September.

- It is recommended that all guests take out insurance to cover against potential cancellation and any accidental damage caused during your stay at the property.
