Interior & Grounds

Mas de Lystalet has two luxury apartments and seven bedrooms on the property, all of which border the main courtyard. There is also a small fully equipped guest house with its own private garden and BBQ, with great views over the private pool and the local vineyards.

The property can accomodate 20 guests in 10 bedrooms plus there are a few extra beds and cots available if necessary.

The Accommodation

Apartment 1: Impressive large room with a four poster bed (exposed beams, nice views of vineyards, mountains and pool). Large Bathroom with shower, WC and double hand wash basins. There is a separate fitted kitchen with all modern appliances, and hallway. The total floor area is 80m2.

Apartment 2: Grand room with exposed beams, a king size bed, sitting room & American style kitchen. Bathroom with shower and WC. Raised dressing area suitable for extra beds if required. Total floor area is 55m2.

Cottage: Separate house in the grounds overlooking the vineyards and pool which has its own private garden (20m2) & secluded small patio and BBQ area. There is a separate bedroom with double bed, living room with an open plan kitchen, a separate shower room and WC. Total floor area is 32m2.

Bedroom 1: Luxury and large twin bedded room with French doors opening up to fantastic views over the vineyards, pool and mountains in the distance. The twin beds are (120cm) wide, and there is an en suite bathroom, shower and WC. Total floor area is 37m2.

Bedroom 2: Spacious and luxurious bedroom with exposed beams, a king size mahogany bed, sitting area, velux window, and ceiling fan. There is a very large bathroom with double wash basins, shower and WC. Total floor area is 38m2.

Bedroom 3: Spacious and luxurious bedroom with exposed beams, a king size mahogany bed, sitting area, velux window, and ceiling fan. There is a very large bathroom with double wash basins, shower and WC. Total floor area is 38m2.

Bedroom 4: Large double bedroom with a stainless steel king size bed and sitting area, stepping up (2 steps) to a private bathroom with shower and WC, dressing room and study area. The room is suitable for extra beds or a cot. Total floor area is 42m2.

Bedroom 5: Luxury King size double bedroom with a beautiful Mahogany Admiral king size sleigh bed, private bathroom with shower and WC. Total floor area is 25m2.

Bedroom 6: Luxury King Size double bedroom with king size bed, private bathroom with shower and WC. Total floor area is 28m2.

Bedroom 7: Queen size double bedroom with double bed, private bathroom with shower and WC. Total floor area is 22m2.
