This tastefully restored watermill sleeps 12 people in six double bedrooms and lies in 9 hectares of meadows and woodland next to a small tributary of the River Vert which flows into the River Lot. The gardens include terraces, teak garden furniture, a 12m x 6m heated outdoor pool which can be lit at night, table tennis and a small mill stream.

The medieval town of Cahors is only 9 miles away and offers not only shops and restaurants but also cultural attractions. The Moulin is just over an hour away from Toulouse airport and an hour and a half from Bergerac making travel easy.

Additional beds can be added to two of the bedrooms meaning that the capacity can be increased to 14 and to 16 with the addition of two three foot z beds if necessary. A cot is also available.  So that smaller groups don't feel lost, the top floor can be shut off meaning that the property retains its intimate atmosphere.

The central heating and enormous log fire mean that guests can enjoy the property in both winter and summer months, indeed the moulin makes a memorable Christmas venue.
