Terms & Conditions

- Security deposit: 800 euros. This is to be paid at least 5 days prior to arrival and will be refunded in full after departure subject to damage inspection.

- Linen & towels: All linen and towels are included in the rental price. Please bring your own pool towels.

- Energy costs: Water, heating and the use of electricity are included in the rental price. Guests are asked to be mindful of conserving energy. Logs may be provided and charged per cubic meter.

- End of stay cleaning: Included, though it is expected that the house should be left in a clean and tidy state on your departure. We request that the all dirty dishes and cooking utensils be washed. Garbage must sorted into respected bins. Large garbage need to be taken to the town dump.

- Arrival time: 4pm onwards.

- Departure time: 11am.

- Pool: Open all year.

- Pets: No pets allowed.

- Smoking: No smoking in the property.

- Key pick up: Property manager will meet at the property

- It is recommended that all guests take out insurance to cover against potential cancellation and any accidental damage caused during your stay at the property.
