Ground Floor

This Riviera villa opens into a stunning entrance hall, with a sweeping staircase, intricate tiling and Moorish design elements, creating a spacious and inviting first impression.

Living Room: The tiling continues throughout the first floor as you enter the large living room, decorated in relaxing sunshine hues, with contemporary furnishings and plenty of comfortable sofas on which to chill. There is huge stone fireplace in the room, ambient lighting for after-hours entertaining, while the French windows flood the room with light and offer fabulous views.

Dining Room: Providing elegant surrounds for formal dining, the room is dressed in cool whites, with blue upholstered seating for fourteen, and French windows lead out to the gardens.

Kitchen: Spacious and very well equipped, the kitchen has a beautiful tiled floor and bespoke fittings, creating an inspiring environment for culinary pursuits. The kitchen leads onto the conservatory, extending the uses of the kitchen for relaxed dining and entertaining.

Conservatory: Inspired by North African design, the garden room is perfect for less formal dining, enjoying a fabulous aspect over the gardens, with plenty of furnishings for entertaining.

Bedroom:

 There is one bedroom, a bathroom and guest toilet conveniently located on the ground floor.

Bedroom one: Double bedroom - dressed in luxury bed linens and elegantly furnished. This bedroom has a very comfortable king-size four-poster bed and air-conditioning.

Bathroom: With high-end fittings and a fabulous spa bath, this is a wonderful room to enjoy a soak.  There is also a separate toilet.

First floor

There are four bedrooms on the first floor, with four luxurious bathrooms and three separate toilets.  All the rooms are elegantly furnished with stunning interiors, beautiful linens and comfortable beds.

Bedroom Suite: With a fantastic terrace offering stunning views across the Côte d’Azur, the bedroom suite comprises bedrooms two and three, a dressing room and bathroom.

Bedroom two: A twin bedroom can be arranged as a double according to your requirements, with two large comfortable beds, it is dressed in cool white linens and luxury furnishings.

Bedroom three: Adjacent to bedroom two, this bedroom has a large sofa bed - which converts to a comfortable double bed - creating a versatile bedroom suite, which can be arranged according to your requirements.

Bathroom: With stunning marble walls, a luxurious spa bath with invigorating jets, a walk-in shower and high-end fittings, the bathroom really is the last word in indulgence. The toilet is separate.

Bedroom four: This double bedroom is beautifully dressed with a very comfortable king-size four-poster bed and great views.

Bathroom: The bathroom has luxurious fittings, Jacuzzi and shower.

Bedroom five: This is a very spacious double bedroom with fabulous king-size four-poster bed, luxurious bed linens and furnishings.

Bathroom: The bathroom has a luxury shower and Jacuzzi.

Bedroom six: This spacious twin bedroom has two comfortable beds, which can be arranged as a double, luxury bed linens and beautiful furnishings.

Bathroom: The bathroom has a Jacuzzi.

Gardens

Villa Baladienne is located on the stunning Côte d’Azur and has a wonderful balcony overlooking the gardens, offering glorious views over this breathtaking coastline. There is a fabulous sun-drenched terrace, furnished for al fresco dining and entertaining.  The lawns are carefully tended, with shady palms and planting creating an idyllic scene.  The swimming pool is heated and is surrounded by palms, wicker furnishings and loungers, and sits on a paved terrace overlooking the ravishing azure sea.  Truly, this must be paradise.
