Catering & Services

Dinners: The dining room seats up to 14 people around the large dining table, we provide an excellent four-course candle-lit dinner, often served on the terrace in the summer - from €45 a head.  Buffets can be arranged for larger parties, and wine can range from €10 up to €150 for something special. 

Suppers: Simple kitchen suppers are available for parties of up to six, two-course suppers cost  €18, dining room suppers are available for up to 14 people – two courses for €24.

Lunches: Guests can use the kitchen to make light snacks during the day or lunches can be arranged from €12 a head.

Picnics: Can be arranged with a day’s notice.

Children’s meals: With exclusive hire bookings you have the choice of dining together, or having a children’s supper in the kitchen between 5pm and 6pm. Children’s meals are €12 a head for two courses and a drink. Parents are welcome to use the kitchen at anytime to prepare baby food.

Services

Daily breakfast and cleaning of the chateau costs €12 per person per night, paid on arrival direct to the owner and is a compulsory charge.  Breakfast includes freshly baked pastries, breads, homemade jams, yoghurts, cereals, orange juice, tea and coffee.

Weddings

The chateau is ideal for weddings of up to 100 people with plenty of additional accommodation available locally. There is a stunning blessing area, with the beautiful mature trees forming a natural cathedral, over 150ft high – with canvas sails forming a charming canopy – please see our photographs.  The owner and his staff are happy to arrange every aspect of your big day, from florists and hairdressers to catering and music, and weddings can be as formal or relaxed as you want - with either a religious or non-religious celebration.

We can help you create the perfect event, ideas can include:  An informal ceremony - guests casually observing your ceremony in the gardens.  Alternatively, create an aisle and have chairs with beautiful white covers and elaborate flowers. After the service guests can enjoy lawn champagne and canapés in the pagodas on the lawns, and a formal supper or buffet can follow in the main house or in a marquee on the lawns.

Conferences

The château is ideal for small conferences and corporate events. The large open-plan living area can seat up to 100 people, and there are additional rooms of differing sizes, for separate groups.

Wedding and conference catering can be adapted to suit the requirements of your party - including tea breaks, lunches and cocktail parties of up to 70 people or 30 for formal dining.
