Surrounded by glorious panoramic views of the Normandy countryside, Château des Peupliers is a spacious country residence with seven comfortable bedrooms, set within over an acre of secluded gardens.  This very comfortable manoir was built in the 1800s on the fortunes from the fromage produced by the estate.

Within the grounds you will find an ancient timbered longhouse that was the original dwelling for the cheese-making family, as well as the old cheese house where the cheese was aired.  As fortunes grew, the family constructed this charming manoir within the gardens, with fantastic views and airy interiors, to reflect their achievements.  The present owners have lovingly renovated Château des Peupliers, designing simple, contemporary interiors within this beautiful Normandy manoir, to provide an exclusive château rental for fourteen guests.

The tranquil gardens and estate have no near neighbours, which will give guests a real feeling of escape and relaxation, while being close to all amenities.  Set on the edge of a pretty village with its ancient Abbey ruins, boating lake, restaurants and local bakery, in a beautiful area of Normandy.
