Chateau: 5 double ensuites, 1 double+single, 2 twins, 1 bathroom. Coach House: 1 double, 2 twins, 1 sofa-bed, 1 bathroom.

Terms & Conditions
- Security deposit: €3000 for the chateau and €3400 for the chateau and coach house. This is paid on arrival and will be refunded in full after departure subject to damage inspection.
- Linen & towels: All linen and bath towels are included in the rental price.
- Energy costs: The chateau and coach house energy costs is included in the rental price (apart from Christmas and New Year when a fee applies). Heating of the pool isn't included and is charged per usage.
- End of stay cleaning: Based upon our experience these last few years, it is necessary that renters have a minimum of 4 hrs cleaning three days a week. Monday, Wednesday and Friday mornings 9AM to 1PM. The maid has to be paid cash at 12.50 Euros per hour. If renters wish they can have longer maid service and even 2 maids each day.
- Arrival time: 4pm onwards.
- Departure time: 10am.
- Pets: No pets allowed.
- Smoking: No smoking in the property.
- Children hoping to swim must be experienced swimmers.
- It is recommended that all guests take out insurance to cover against potential cancellation and any accidental damage caused during your stay at the property.
