Interior & Grounds
Ground floor
Living Room: Huge fireplace, panelled walls, a baby grand piano, a puzzle of oak parquet on the floor, shelves stacked with books – this room epitomises the good life down to the family portraits casting supercilious eyes upon the motley.
Sitting Room
Library: The quintessence of calm civility, this is a wonderful retreat from the busyness of family life. The dark paisley lined walls, the comfortable armchairs and sofa placed in a convivial circle, glass-fronted cabinets of books and the huge fireplace are all conducive to a sense of peaceful well-being.
Dining Room: A festive room with topaz yellow walls and a cinnabar red alcove, which easily seats 12 at the vast table, or can be arranged with separate tables for up to ???. This room is always light, with large windows, and a pale tiled floor.

Grounds
The 2 hectares of grounds contain a fascinating variety of different milieus – a contained grass and gravel courtyard suitable for outdoor dining (up to 25 people), topiary gardens, a purling stream and an orchard. The swimming pool is heated from mid-May to the end of September.
