General & History
This delightful, modestly scaled chateau offers the privilege of staying in a much loved family house situated in Black Perigord. Called ‘Black’ because of the region’s extensive oak forests, the Black Perigord truffle, regarded as an aphrodisiac, is also found here.
Set in grounds of four acres, it offers paradise for the fishing enthusiast with private access to the beautiful Dordogne river.
The chateau has a large swimming pool and a tennis court, and sleeps seventeen in four double bedrooms and three triple bedrooms.
