Terms & Conditions

- Security deposit: €1000. This is paid on arrival and will be refunded in full after departure subject to damage inspection.

- Linen & towels: All linen and bath towels are included in the rental price.

- Energy costs: Included in the rental price.

- Cleaning: There is a €300 cleaning charge. The property is cleaned before arrival of guests and upon departure and/or once per week. If extra cleaning over and above normal cleaning is required after guests have left, this will be deducted from security deposit. Daily or extra cleaning required by guests during stay, i.e. daily maid service is available at €12 per hour.

- Arrival time: 4pm onwards.

- Departure time: 12pm.

- Pets: Not allowed.

- Smoking: No smoking in the property.

- Owner: The owner Wilna lives on site to provide breakfast each day and to make sure that you're well looked after.

- It is recommended that all guests take out insurance to cover against potential cancellation and any accidental damage caused during your stay at the property.
