Guests have an enormous choice of recreational facilities ranging from strolling into the village for a game of boules or playing golf at one of the many courses within a short drive.

Château La Lindeau is ideally located as a base for exploring the Dordogne region with its beautiful scenery, historic towns and villages, prehistoric sites (such as the Paleolithic cave paintings at Lascaux) and taking advantage of its gastronomic delights and sampling the fine wines of the area.

There are also numerous facilities locally for: tennis, hot air ballooning, canoeing, horse riding, not to mention rambling through the woods and meadows and encountering the animal and birdlife- many varieties to be seen (swans, for instance) from the château.
