Terms & Conditions

- Security deposit: €1500. This must be paid direct to the owner 28 days before the arrival date, and will be refunded in full within 7 days of departure subject to the chateau being left as found. We have a cleaning service, at 10 euros per hour, by arrangement.

- Linen & towels: Linen and towels are included in the rental price. Swimming towels not included, please bring your own.

- Energy costs: Included in the rental price.

- End of stay cleaning: Included.

- Arrival time: 4pm onwards.

- Departure time: 10am.

- Pets: No pets allowed.

- Smoking: No smoking in the property.

- It is recommended that all guests take out insurance to cover against potential cancellation and any accidental damage caused during your stay at the property.
