Terms & Conditions
- Security deposit: £2000. This is due before arrival and will be refunded no later than 2 weeks after departure subject to damage inspection.
- Linen & towels: All linen and bath towels are included in the rental price.
- Energy costs: Included in the rental price in between June and September. October to the end of May energy is charged at cost, payable on site.
- End of stay cleaning: A cleaner is provided 3 hours, 3 times a week.
- Arrival time: 4pm onwards (flexible).
- Departure time: 10am (flexible).
- Pets: Allowed!
- Smoking: No smoking in the property.
- If you are planning to hold a party of any sort or are a stag/hen party, please inform the owner and 'Holiday-Chateau'/'Holiday Castle Rentals' before you book. Failure to do so means that the owner will refuse entry to any such groups. Please note that the owner reserves the right to increase the security deposit when such groups book.
- It is recommended that all guests take out insurance to cover against potential cancellation and any accidental damage caused during your stay at the property.
