Ground Floor

Foyer: A spacious foyer leads to the sitting room.

Sitting Room: This large room is 40 metres in length. It is decorated in soft ochre with yellow highlights. The fireplace is of white stone. Oriental rugs cover the parquet floor and there are a television and comfortable sofas.

Informal Dining Room: This bright, sunny room is decorated in white with red accents. The table seats 6 to 8 comfortably.

Formal Dining Room: A crystal chandelier hangs over the long table, which can seat up to 16 guests.

Kitchen: A professional kitchen with oven, microwave and dishwasher. Off the kitchen is a scullery.

Billiard Room: This spacious room is 70 metres in length. Thick oriental carpets cover the floor.  The chairs are of rich brown leather.  The billiard table, with its massive carved legs, has pride of place.  The windows look out onto a view of the countryside.  The whole effect is reminiscent of a classic gentlemen’s club.

Bedroom 9: Lots of sun and excellent views in this good-sized room with two single beds

Bedroom 10: A charming, comfortably furnished room with two single beds

Grounds: In addition to the formal garden and woods, there is a private chapel and a small 2-bedroom cottage on the grounds may be used to house staff. There are also stables and a garage big enough to hold three cars. Additional parking is available.  There is an area for barbequing, as well as two lovely outdoor dining tables.  One of these is on a flagstone patio and enjoys a view of the garden. The River Seine (1.5 kilometres of it) runs through the property.  Outdoor chairs and sun beds on the lawn.
