Terms & Conditions

- Security deposit: €1000. This should be paid by credit card and must arrive at least 2 weeks prior to arrival. It will be refunded in full after departure subject to damage inspection.

- Linen & towels: All linen and towels are included in the rental price.

- Heating costs: Heating is charged at €35 per day in the winter (or when needed). This will be deducted from the security deposit.

- End of stay cleaning: 225 euros.

- Arrival time: 5pm onwards.

- Departure time: 10am.

- Pets: No pets allowed.

- Smoking: No smoking is allowed within the property.

- Catering: During the high season (all school holidays) 2 table d'hotes dinners must be booked at €45,00 per person for a 5-course banquet twice a week. 3 course childen menus at 20€ on request (until 12 years). This can be arranged directly with the owner once your booking has been confirmed.

- It is recommended that all guests take out insurance to cover against potential cancellation and any accidental damage caused during your stay at the property.
