Ground Floor

Living/Dining Room: This large, sunny room has a beamed ceiling, a fireplace, two modern sofas and an entertainment centre that includes satellite television and broadband internet service.  There is also an extensive collection of books about the history of the area and its wines.  The dining table seats 14. 

Kitchen: This large kitchen is fully equipped and includes a microwave oven and dishwasher.  It looks out onto the courtyard. 

Breakfast Room: The dining table seats six and looks onto a courtyard.

Bedroom 1: This sunny room has a double bed.

Bathroom: Fully-equipped bathroom, with a tub and shower, plus washing machine, drier, ironing board and iron.  

First Floor

Bedroom 2: Double bed, with basin.

Bedroom 3: Single bed.   

Bedroom 4: Two single beds. 

Bedroom 5: Four single beds. 

Bathroom, with a tub.

Two W.C.s

Grounds: The house is surrounded by over an acre of land, with orchards and gardens.  On the south-facing lawn there is a heated swimming pool, with a paved border, barbequing facilities and  sun-loungers. The barn has been converted into a games room, with table tennis, table football and darts.
