Terms & Conditions
- Availability: Please note that due to the nature of this property up to the minute availability cannot be confirmed on the website. When a booking is made this will only be a provisional booking until the availability has been checked directly with the chateau. We endeavour to confirm one way or the other within 24 hours. You will not be charged until the booking has been confirmed.
- Security deposit: 10% of the rental fee. This is paid on arrival and will be refunded in full 2 weeks after departure subject to damage inspection.
- Linen & towels: All linen and towels are included in the rental price.
- Energy costs: Included in the rental price.
- End of stay cleaning: Included.
- Arrival time: 4pm onwards.
- Departure time: 10am.
- Pets: Pets are allowed at the property.
- Smoking: No smoking in the property.
- It is recommended that all guests take out insurance to cover against potential cancellation and any accidental damage caused during your stay at the property.
