The village of Soustons and the surrounding lakes offer excellent water-sporting activities, including sailing, wind surfing, kayaking, canoeing and swimming. Two minutes from the villa is Lac d’Soustons and Soustons Beach, on Lac Marin de Port d’Albret - a large natural salt-water lake, surrounded by pine forests with great cycle trails leading to the beaches and lakes.
