The region is famous for its culinary delights, including local frois gras, asparagus, wild mushrooms and fruits des mer. We use fresh, locally sourced produce, to create delicious menus, elegantly presented. Please advise us of any special dietary requirements.

Cherry tomato, pesto and feta canapés
Asparagus with brown butter, aged pecorino and summer truffle
Roasted fillet of monkfish stuffed with sun-blush tomatoes, roasted red pepper, drizzled with olive oil and torn basil. Cannelini beans and spring vegetables
Chocolate cheesecake served with fresh berries poached in wine

Luxury breakfast served every morning, between 7.30 and 9.30 – continental or full English breakfast – served in your bedroom, in the dining room or on the terrace. Free range eggs and tasty local bacon, pan-fried mushrooms and English baked beans or delicious pastries with local preserves, cereals, fruit, yogurts and freshly squeezed juice.
Daily, afternoon tea with fresh coffee and tea, hot chocolate and juice, a choice of cakes, biscuits, muffins and fresh fruit.
Three lunches: A gourmet barbeque and two three-course meals served on the poolside terrace, with wine, beer and soft drinks.
Three evening meals: Four-course evening meals - aperitifs and canapés from 7.30 onwards, delicious menu with local wines, served in the dining room or alfresco. Followed by coffee, chocolates and petit fours. Wine list also available.
An earlier children’s meal can be served at 6pm – freshly prepared and nutritionally balanced.
