Ground floor

Entrance Hall: A stone stairway leads to the floors above.

Sitting Room 1: A sunny, spacious (60 square metre) room with floral drapes flanking the long windows that look out onto a long expanse of lawn.  Wooden floors, floral covered sofas and an inglenook fireplace. Here you will find the satellite television, wifi,  DVD and CD player.

Dining room: Beamed ceiling, white walls with dark wood furniture. The dining table seats 8.   Parquet floors.

Utility room: Freezer, 2 washing machines, tumble drier, plus storage for additional kitchen utensils, etc. .

Kitchen: Country house kitchen, with dishwasher, oven, microwave and large fridge-freezer, washing machine and tumble drier. Wood burning fireplace. Everything you will need for a self-catering holiday.

W.C.

First Floor:

Library: This sunny area with wooden floors and an oriental carpet is located on the first floor landing.  It offers a fine selection of books and a cosy nook in which to read.

Bedroom 1: A king-sized canopy bed in this spacious, sunny room.  En suite shower room, with double sink and W.C.

Bedroom 2: Twin bedroom adjoining Bedroom 1

Bedroom 3: Twin bedroom.  Antique bateau beds.  Bathroom shared with Bedroom 4.

Bedroom 4: Single bedroom adjoining Bedroom 3.

Second Floor

Sitting Room 2: This pleasant room with two small sofas doubles as a children’s playroom.

Bedroom 5: Double bedroom

Bedroom 6: Double bedroom

Bedroom 7: Single bedroom

Bedroom 8: Small bedroom with bunk beds.

2 Shower Rooms and W.C.s

Grounds:

An 8-foot high stone wall surrounds a two acre garden area.  In addition to flower beds there are large lawns on which children can play. There is a swing set, sand box and slides, in addition to enough space in which to play a game of soccer or baseball.  The pool is surrounded by a deck with sun loungers. There are two barbecues near the pool and an alfresco dining area. A gate at the bottom of the garden opens onto a path that leads to the village.  Outbuildings house facilities for table tennis, darts, as well as other games.
