Terms & Conditions

Security Deposit: £3000.  This is paid prior to arrival and will be refunded in full after departure, subject to damage inspection.

Linen & Towels: All linen and towels are included in the hire price.

Energy Costs: Included in the rental price in the summer. Heating costs in the winter are extra.

End of stay cleaning: Included. Extra cleaning is charged to the client if the property is not left clean and presentable as found on arrival.

Arrival time: 4pm onwards.

Departure time: 10 am.

Pets: No pets allowed.

Smoking: No Smoking in the property.

The Pool: Open from end of May – October.

Extra Information:

If you wish to hire staff of your own, arrangements must be made prior to your stay. Clients are not permitted to employ their own staff without prior arrangements with the property.

It is at the owner’s discretion to ask for references for all staff employed by guests.

For Insurance purposes, clients are requested before arrival to issue the Owner/Manager with names of the guests that will be staying at the property during the period of rental.

It is recommended that all guests take out insurance to cover against potential cancellation and any accidental damage caused during your stay at the property.
