Grounds

Two large double gates and long drive lead you to the house and the two acres of beautiful walled gardens, with mature trees such as the proud American Oak. Within the grounds is a converted barn with large function room perfect for wedding receptions and corporate events. The owners’ cottage is on the grounds, as well as a stunning pigeonnier with two pretty chickens. There are mini golf course in the gardens and a children’s swimming pool.

Interior

On the ground floor is a large kitchen, a perfect family breakfast room or less formal dining room, with a large dining table.  All catering equipment necessary for a large party is provided, with double hob and oven, dishwasher and fridge freezer.

The beautiful salon has decorative ceilings, comfortable seating, and windows with charming views onto the gardens.  Adjoining the salon is the dining room, which has the original wall panelling, embossed windows and decorative ceilings.  The room is dressed in antique furnishings, and the room can be arranged to accommodate a large number for formal dining.  There is also a second a sitting room with armchairs and sofas, a log burning fire, television and stereo.  A utility room in the basement has laundry facilities, including a washing machine and clothes dryer.

Bedrooms

Two large bedrooms can be arranged as either twin rooms or doubles, depending on your requirements.  Both bedrooms are beautifully dressed in luxury bed linens and drapes with comfortable beds and antique furnishings and have en-suite shower rooms and a small balcony with great views.  Tea and coffee making facilities are provided in the rooms.

Suites

The Maison Clement has three beautiful suites, offering spacious accommodation and self-containment, ideal for families, and sleep four guests in comfort.

All of the suites are furnished to a very high standard, with beautiful finishes and facilities.  Each suite contains a private sitting room with a sofa bed, a dining area and kitchenette, a luxurious double bedroom with and en suite shower room.

Family Suite One

The suite consists of a master bedroom with gorgeous period styling, a double bed with en-suite bathroom with a shower, sink and toilet. There is a kitchenette with hob and fridge. The living room has a small dining table and sofa bed, which sleeps one person comfortably, and a single bed can be arranged as required.

Family Suite Two

The suite has a master bedroom with en-suite bathroom with a shower. There is a fully equipped kitchenette and dining area, and a sofa bed.  There is a huge balcony offering spectacular views across the Limousin countryside.

Suite Three

This suite consists of one very large room with double bed and a lounge/dining area with dining table and sofa bed. The room has glorious panoramic views with four French windows each with a small balcony. Adjoined to the room is an en-suite bathroom.  There is also a kitchenette with a hob, fridge and sink.
