Interior & Grounds

The Llansevern estate comprises two beautifully renovated luxury holiday rentals, offering accommodation for a large party of up to 62 guests.  Both properties are beautifully presented, with fully renovated interiors, providing elegant reception rooms, well equipped kitchens and sumptuous bedroom suites.

Llansevern House

Reception Rooms

This grade II Georgian residence has a handsome reception hall, which has beautiful wooden floors, an open fire and is decorated in inviting sunshine hues. Leading off the reception hall is the games room, with a pool table, table tennis and table football. 

The room also functions as a meeting room.  The drawing room offers a very welcoming room in which to relax, with a hearty log-burning fire, comfortable sofas, luxurious wool rugs and polished wood floors with antique furnishings.  There is also a second lounge and a television room, allowing your party to spread out. 

Kitchens and Dining Hall

The kitchen is equipped to professional standard, with a large oven and stove, a large catering grill, fridges and freezers, a microwave and super-fast dishwasher. This kitchen is adjoining the dining room, making it perfect for catering for parties.  Additionally there is a smaller domestic kitchen. The dining hall exudes a delightful Welsh country charm and can seat sixty-two for formal dining. The dining hall has beautiful rustic walls of exposed stone, handsome oak beams, flagstone floor and log fire. 

Luxury Bedroom Suites

Llansevern House has twenty very comfortable bedrooms, dressed to luxury hotel standard, arranged as follows:

• Eleven of the bedroom suites are double bedrooms and can be arranged as twin bedrooms as required, and have bathrooms en suite.

• Five single bedrooms, one of which has a bathroom en suite.

• There are four family suites, which sleep up to three guests.

• All the bathrooms have luxurious high-end fittings.

Llansevern Carriage House

This beautifully renovated Carriage House, and can be hired exclusively, providing luxury accommodation for 32 guests, or can be hired with the main house, for up to 62 guests. The carriage House is arranged as follows:

• The large contemporary kitchen has high-end fittings and is fully equipped to cater for the house.  Facilities include: A five-burner stove, grill, hotplate and double oven, microwave, two dishwashers, two fridges and a freezer.

• The open plan lounge has a beautiful open stone fireplace, comfortable armchairs and sofas and a flat screen television.  The room looks out over the gardens, with doors leading onto the terrace.

• A circular stone staircase leads to the mezzanine level balcony, which looks over the kitchen, and provides an additional lounge area.

• The dining room is arranged for full house formal dining, it has a beautiful arched ceiling and can seat up to 23 guests.

• The games room has plenty of games to entertain, including table tennis and table football.

Bedroom Suites

There are eleven luxury bedroom suites within the Carriage House, arranged as follows:

• Master Bedroom: Double bedroom with en suite bathroom with a Jacuzzi bath.

• Ten double bedrooms, which can be arranged as twin rooms according to requirements, with bathrooms en suite.

• Single bedroom with bathroom adjacent.

Gardens

The estate covers over nine acres of lawns, formal garden and parkland. Great to explore on foot, there are many ancient trees on the estate, as well as terraces to enjoy drinks or outdoor dining in warmer months. There is also a plunge pool within the grounds, with a sauna adjacent.
