General & History
The Cliff House is a generously proportioned Victorian villa set in its own terraced gardens with stunning views out to sea and over a pretty and typical North Devonshire seaside town. Built in the late 19th century for an Admiral and his family, it was a well loved holiday home for many years. Today this detached property retains many period features although it has recently been subject to an extensive and sympathetic renovation programme. The house is within minutes of the local beach, and backs onto the south west coastal path, making it an ideal place from which to explore the beautiful surroundings.
