- Arrival time: 4pm onwards.

- Departure time: 10am.

- Pets: Pets are allowed with prior written consent. Owners must pick up after their dogs in the local area, free doggy bags are provided.

- Smoking: No smoking inside the house. Arrangements for smokers can be arranged with prior written approval.

- Parking: There is private off-road parking with space for 8 cars, more space can be made available with prior notice.

It is recommended that all guests take out insurance to cover against potential cancellation and any accidental damage caused during your stay at the property.
