This delighful chateau is located in Alles sur Dordogne, in the centre of the Périgord black, equidistant from Bergerac, Périgueux and Sarlat.

The chateau lies 2.5 miles from “Buisson de Cadouin”, 2 miles from Limeuil (one of the most beautiful villages of the region), and 5 miles from Le Bugue. It is known locally as “Le Chateau” by residents and neighbours. The house has 320 square feet of living space divided equally over three floors and is situated within about 4 acres of grounds, in front of the town hall and school.

We are next to the municipal tennis courts and have private access to the river Dordogne where anglers can, at any time, indulge in their hobby or passion.
