Terms & Conditions
- Security deposit: A deposit or guarantee is required. This is paid on arrival and will be refunded in full after departure subject to damage inspection.
- Linen & towels: Linen and towels are included in the rental price.
- Energy costs: Included in the rental price.
- End of stay cleaning: Maintenance and house-cleaning included for 4 hours a day (except Sundays & Bank holidays).
- Additional charges: Sheets and towels over and above those already supplied, services of local cook & misuse of groundline telephone and electricity are deducted from the damage deposit.
- Arrival time: 4pm onwards.
- Departure time: 10am.
- Pets: Pets allowed.
- Smoking: Smoking is allowed but not in the bedrooms.
- Insurance: Insurance covering the entire rental period is included in the price.
