Terms & Conditions
- Security deposit: €3000 - €4000. This is paid on arrival and will be refunded in full after departure (2 weeks maximum) subject to damage inspection.
- Linen & towels: All linen and bath towels are included in the rental price. Please bring your own pool towels though.
- Energy costs: Included in the rental price.
- End of stay cleaning: Included. Please leave the properties in the state that you found it.
- Arrival time: 5pm onwards.
- Departure time: 10am.
- Owner/Caretaker: The keepers of the house are staying in the farm house next door.
- Pets: No pets allowed.
- Smoking: Smoking is permitted in the property. Please do not smoke in the bedrooms though.
- It is recommended that all guests take out insurance to cover against potential cancellation and any accidental damage caused during your stay at the property. The owners cannot take responsibility for your personal and holiday insurances, which should be obtained by clients independently.
